Jeff LeMay, EdD

I am privileged to serve as the Head of School at Victory World Christian School. Our multi-culture school is located in Norcross, GA, which is a suburb of Atlanta. We are a Pre-K through 7th grade school with a few more than 160 students that has been in existence for 15 years.

We are an AdvancED (formally SACS) and Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) accredited school. We are also an AdvancED certified STEM school. Currently, we are waiting for final notification from the IB Organization that we will be recognized as an IB World School at some point within the next 5-6 weeks. In addition, our school is a member of the FabLab network.

We are not interested so much in earning certifications or accreditations as much as we are interested in improving our students’ academic future. We are staunch supporters in the use of project based learning and real-world problem solving.

Our STEM lab is comprised of several wireless probes used in Earth Science, multiple anatomical models, and a functioning desk-top Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). Our Fab Lab is comprised of a 3D printer farm (12 3D printers) that are distributed into individual classrooms when a teacher needs one or more for a project their students are working on. In addition, we have a large format and a small format vinyl cutters, a Sawgrass sublimation printer, a heat press, and 2 CNC milling machines.

If you are still looking for schools to be part of a regional cohort of schools to advocate for STEM and/or FabLab activities in the Southeastern United States, I believe we would be an extraordinary partner to work with.

Our students are from all levels of socio-economic groups; race and gender are something our students simply do not consider when making new friends or working collaboratively with their class or schoolmates.
