Maddie Pelz
I am a PhD candidate in the Brain and Cognitive Sciences department at MIT. My research is focused on children’s intuitive math, science, and causal reasoning abilities. During my time at MIT I’ve found that making offers a unique way to bring your imagination into the real world, and can be extremely empowering for people of all ages. I hope to combine these interests to work on how to bring more hands-on making to STEM education.
